Changes This Year
Our new venue means there are some important considerations to keep in mind as you plan for the weekend:
Early bird discount
Our group booking is due to the hotel 30 days in advance; therefore, we are offering an early bird discount of $50 to those couples who register by Friday, March 23, 2012.

Waterpark amenities
You may start using the waterpark at 1:00PM on the day of check-in until close on the day of departure. Check in to your suite begins at 4:00PM. Check out is at 11:00AM the day of departure but you may continue to use the waterpark and lodge amenities until close.
Suite accommodations
Your guest suite sleeps up to 6 people. Each suite at Great Wolf Lodge comes standard with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, pay-per-view movies and pay per play Nintendo. Your weekend registration will include waterpark admission for up to 6 people should you choose to bring your children and a caregiver; however, meals will only be provided for the registered couple attending the regional gathering. Snack table
The hotel has a strict policy against outside food and beverage; therefore, there will not be a snack table in the conference meeting room this year. Your suite has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker for personal snack preparation.
Late registration
Registration closes Friday, April 6, 2012. The hotel will be hosting other groups and walk-in registration will not be available.
Cancellation policy
Full refunds are available until March 23, 2012. A partial refund is available until April 6, 2012. No refunds are available after April 6th.
